Fees Do NOT include 2011 USA/ISI insurance card of $60.
If you purchased this in the winter season,
you do not have to pay this fee in the summer. |

Fundraising & Volunteer Fees
Fundraising- Winter fundraising will be to sell ads for our ISI meet this fall in Oktober. The letters to give to businesses are located in the LTHS CWC Lobby as well as in Coach Mo's office. You will turn in your check at registration and will receive your check back when you turn in your completed ad orders.
When registering for the Summer season you will be required to leave a deposit for volunteering. This fee is $300 established for the 2010 Summer season and will be held untill the end of the season. Upon completion of your volunteer requirement (stated on voluteer contract) your check will be returned.
These fees are due at time of Registration.

- Swimmers MUST be registered to participate. Class #430901G
- Information meeting for interested parents on Tuesday after Tryout.
- The team will be taking a very limited amount in certain age groups. Contact Coach Mo at 815-588-8402.
OUT OF DISTRICT
Thursday September 4th, 2010
6:00 pm-6:45pm
